COMMISSIONS TOS / IDEAS
Before you submit a form please read!
- Payments are taken upfront for pieces via Paypal or QB invoices; please do not send money before the commission is confirmed as accepted via Email or DM with me- Written descriptions are okay but adding an image or reference will be a great assistance, as multiple sketches of a character’s design make it a longer process to finish.- Pose references/mood boards/Imgur/Pinterest boards: These are super helpful and even if you're not sure about drawing out a pose don't fret give me some stick figures it certainly helps!- I need clear and concise decisions on what is and isn’t alright for your commissions before I start, please!- Most importantly: If I refuse a commission that is my right to. You can still submit another in the future with another idea but please do not resubmit ideas if I have rejected* them once already.- If you submitted something at a cutoff (i.e. I took in a number of commissions before yours) then it is not rejected so you are free to resubmit again, later.- My work cannot be applied to NFT or Cryptocurrency projects. This is non-negotiable.- No art produced my me or my studio may be added into Ai databases and will not be permitted. Any and all use of Ai must be stated upfront when discussing jobs or commissions as it is not permitted.
Payment TOS:
By sending Payment for a Commission, you agree to the terms of this policy and you will follow the Code of Conduct in regards of payment, refunds, and handling of commissions.- Once a sketch has been finalized and sent for there will be no refunding, only touch-ups or continued work till the piece is fully completed by me.
- You will not receive a physical printing of this art as it is all digitally made. Once completed you will receive a PNG file of the image via Email provided in the submitted form. Print pieces are in a different form.
- You will not be receiving a physical print.
Special pricing can be given if you want a physical copy
- Reselling, removal of my signature on the full piece, or altering the artwork aside from resizing is not permitted.
- You are allowed to use the artwork for avatars/icons, profile pictures, forums, print them out, and hang them to your wall, etc. (Though crediting is appreciated if possible!)
- My sharing of Works in progress is permitted. I.E. TIme-lapse videos or WiP .gifs
FAQ:Q: How long will my piece take?A: Depending on what your order is, and the position of it on the queue; realistically it may take anywhere from one week to a full month.----------------------------------Q: I'm not sure what I want in the commission. Can I send a few ideas?A: SURE! Just state that in the description of the commission on the google form, that you need to DM or Email me a few ideas. I'll only pick ONE of the ideas with you though so make sure to suggest ones you want.----------------------------------Q: I'm not sure if you'll accept my idea?A: It never hurts to just ask me!----------------------------------Q: Can I post my commission to another site?A: Please make sure to not erase my signature on the full piece if you're uploading it to another site, otherwise you're free to post the art as you please. If possible, credit to me is appreciated as well.
* Simple and easy: Just don’t use it commercially, don’t resell, and don't heavily edit my work and we are ok. (Icons and digital banners are alright!!)----------------------------------Q: I'm looking for a more commercial job with this art. Will you still do it?A: I don’t offer commercial-based work through this format;

Payment
- When a commission is agreed upon, an invoice will be sent via PayPal or QuickBooks from my account.
- I will begin the work once I receive payment. (Queue permitting.)- ** Full refunding will not be an option when the sketch is complete. **- If you are purchasing a commission of over 80 dollars I will accept half payment;
Half upfront half when finished.
